Would that count as insider trading? Don't recall there ever being a terrorist attack for personal monetary gain, except in the Die Hard movies. The attack on the police wasn't done by a Belgian btw. The guy that got named on social media turned himself in tonight, they found guns in his house and he's known for drugs, but probably not an accomplice.
