The Lions crushed their spirits so thoroughly that we never had to see Barry Sanders, Packer, or Calvin Johnson, Patriot. Silver linings and all.

Yes Jamaal. It's very personal that the chiefs did not cut you last year. How dare they not spend 7 million on someone who has played 6 games in two years!

They were terrible to you!

Listening to sports radio on the way to the store and they were reporting that last year during training camp Charles told them something wasn't right with his knee and they basically ignored him and pushed him even harder. The team doctors were also adamant that it was time for him to retire and after getting a second opinion it was just a meniscus issue that would be easily fixed. So we might have actually been a bit lovely to him.

High football IQ = cashing out after the rookie deal and not getting killed as a 5'7 running back.

High football IQ is cashing out after the most undervalued part of your career before signing the second contract, aka the contract where players actually make money?

Well what do you know. George Blanda was a quarterback AND a place kicker. Yet they listed his position as K.
Also, I will have you know that Johnny Lujack was also a cornerback, not a place kicker! The man had 41 passing TDs, 21 rushing TDs, AND 12 interceptions!

Why did you post that depressing rear end list?

Edit: After further investigation, Johnny Lujack did in fact go 44 for 46 on his extra point kicks. Is there anything that man couldn't do? :allears:

They wasted Luanne on Lucky!

She could of have been so much more but the writers just didn't care!

Remember when Cris Carter said Calvin Johnson wasn't an elite wide receiver?
