The work of our own bonzibuddy64, which apparently has continued on as Morrowind 2. I recommend also watching the Malbora tour video, as it has some pretty sweet music and seems to give a nice feel for the mod: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_Gn_sO0k5w

Morrowind Gold Edition goes by Morrowind 2 now, if anyone was curious. And as per the creator quote:Morrowind 2 was never a ‘joke mod’ like many seem to interpret it as, but I can’t expect everyone in the world to have an appreciation for the lore of Tamriel. The events depicted in the game are canon, whether you agree or disagree https://morrowind-2.tumblr.com/

I'll be one of the commentators for the Morrowind portion where we complete all of the Nerevarine quest in under 30 minutes.

Looks like that really zoomed out picture in the OP has parts of mainland Morrowind, are those from Tamriel Rebuilt? Looks like you could enter Mournhold from the outside. Also, I'm laughably bad at this. I managed to get stable mods working like 5+ years ago, but I remember having to install way more things than I see in the OP. I think I had to get Python itself and a bunch of other random programs so (my steam copy) of Morrowind wouldn't run through Steam. Is anything like that still needed? Also, the link to get MGE working through Steam doesn't seem to work, is there still anything special that needs to happen? I remember MGE being the make or break mod.

Dumb question: Can you use Mod Organizer to install mods with Morrowind (or Oblivion for that matter?) Also, are there any quest mods worth checking out? I was planning on just doing a basic mod set up for Morrowind that fixes the resolution and adds patches, but I thought it'd be worth it try some quest mods at the very least.

Riversideblues posted:Looks like that really zoomed out picture in the OP has parts of mainland Morrowind, are those from Tamriel Rebuilt? Looks like you could enter Mournhold from the outside. From what I remember, you used to have to install Python as a prerequisite for Wrye Mash so mods would load in the correct order. They made a version which doesn't require it a few years ago. MGE now has a much better successor out called MGE-XE. The only thing you need to do (and what I believe that link said to do) is install DirectX 9.0, specifically the June 2010 release. You'll see it in the instructions. And yes, a few of those screenshots include Tamriel Rebuilt.
