at my old job i called 911 at least three times lol luckily they would just call reception before dispatching units cause it happened often, our phone system was poo poo to accomodate our old rear end idiotic users and our users were terrible old idiots also i once spent an hour trying to dial overseas before saying gently caress it and emailing the guy to call me instead maybe... i'm the idiot
