But when you're responsible for a bunch of kids and something bad happens to them you're going to have a difficult time explaining you're actions if that's what you do.

As someone training to be a teacher in his mid-twenties, I'd say he did have a duty of care. Don't know the story, but the least I'd expect is getting as many kids as you could find and hiding with them.

We've got two independent polls in my constituency saying Labour is in either first or second place. If we lose it'll be because too many people are still "tactically" voting LibDem, as though the coalition had never happened.

e:I don't think he should be charged or held accountable or anything, but just the expectation I'd set for myself and anyone else put in the situation.
