Got a €7k bill to pay this month and only have pounds. I'm fine if Corbyn wins and costs me a few quid.

Should point out that it's not an exit poll, it's a projection from a few days ago that people didn't really believe but which is looking pretty accurate.

Yougov has some very smart people by the way. Among them is Douglas Rivers, one of the smartest survey folks in academia and several incredible statisticians.

Regarde Aduck posted:Yes and no. We don't have rednecks. We don't have an equivalent, much like you don't have chavs. The north is economically deprived by design. Thatcher closed most of our industry and nothing replaced it. The south has old money and rich people who commute into London. The people in the north aren't stupid rednecks, they're just really loving poor and not very good at blaming the right people. Currently, the average working class blames everything on immigrants and "elites". Interestingly enough the Tories are not seen as the elite and have managed to portray themselves as fighting for the common man. It's really really stupid. This is exactly what's happened in America, though.

That YouGov projection looks wonky for Colchester, saying it's likely Labour will come second to the Tories in what was a Lib Dem seat before Clegg happened. For anyone still up by then, Labour making ground there would be pretty big for them.
