We actually have something like that for when people die, you fill in a form and the government sends it to the DWP and HMRC and all the government departments that might need to know. They're sitting around going "welp, what's for lunch"? You lot are out in less than two years, and there isn't even a deal on the format of the negotiations, let alone any single issue. The EU will survive a UK crashing out, I'm not so sure about the UK.
