I think it's just poorly phrased on the behalf of the manufacturer. At this moment, saying that just because something is combustible doesn't mean it's unsafe right now is never going to go down well even if it's the truth

A Kindle would probably be better then, that e-ink thing is as good as paper without having to faff around with printing and storing it.
