Was it Leadsom or Kendall who had the super embarrassing tiny March supporting her during a leadership contest?
May should organise one of those with her five fans.

No there was some polling showing most Remain voters now also wanted a form of Brexit.

I believe you're confusing the one about majority preferring softer to harder Brexit with this one about actual 'Re-Leavers'

I mean yes, it's technically more of them but it's pushing the definition of most.

I'm not confused. It's Theresa May using this sort of polling to indicate a majority preference for Brexit.

guardian posted:

MPs from all the major parties will argue that abortion should be provided on the NHS in England for Northern Irish women, in an amendment to the Queen’s speech which supporters said would act as a warning to Downing Street about the implications of a pact with the Democratic Unionist party.

The amendment, coordinated by the Labour MP Stella Creasy with the support of the Conservative MP Sir Peter Bottomley, asks the government to consider legislating so women from Northern Ireland have NHS abortion provision when they travel to England to terminate a pregnancy.

Curious to see how the division will split on this if it gets a vote - this is exactly the legislation I wanted pushed. The recent court case has clarified that the government CAN do this if they want btw

Officials at Kensington and Chelsea council are withdrawing documents sent to Grenfell Tower survivors that they feared could have waived their legal rights in return for receiving emergency payments, the Guardian has learned.

A letter sent from the council this week to families affected by the fire asked survivors to sign a form confirming receipt of the emergency “compensation” money. The form stated: “I confirm that this is required to compensate me for expenses I have incurred or need to incur as a consequence of the Grenfell Tower tragedy.”

. . .

Survivors said they had not been told why they were asked to sign a separate form for the council when the emergency payments were coming from central government. They and their lawyers feared the council form might hamper them from taking any future legal action against the royal borough as a result of the fire.

"Corbyn wants to distroy the UK, he hates society"
"Labour Party supporters are all fascists"
"Why do people keep bashing the daily mail for being the only ones to speak the truth"
"The mirror is the worst left wing rag of the lot"
"There is no proof of how many young people voted, or that they are voting labour"
"The voting age should be raised to 21"
"What has this DUP deal got to do with the good Friday agreement"
"The DUP are simply the conservatives to SF's Labour"

There was more, until this conversation I was planning on having him live with me if Mum went first, I'm thinking maybe not now.
