Got my first solo Chicken Dinner today that I in no way shape or form deserved: I totally and utterly failed to kill anyone the entire match until killing the guy in fourth, and the guy in second. The guy who got second got the drop on me and by all rights should have killed me, but I was able to use a medkit while slowly strafing around a tree so he couldn't get a shot on me, then chug energy drinks. After that he made some stupid mistakes and I was able to unload the whole clip of the SKS into him. This game is insanely cut-throat and intense towards the end. I love the fact that the circle always ends up closing in on an area you have never seen it before, keeps the final moments fresh, every time.

doubt it we had a random guy dc yesterday and my buddy kept downing and reviving him over and over and did it like 5 or 6 times before we concluded that revives are basically infinite (though your hp does drop faster and faster with each down). no penalty.

Yesterday I was put into battle with my fellow proletariat by the bourgeoisie scum for their amusement so I may attempt to take home a coveted chicken dinner for my starving family. No such luck. My family continues to starve. They certainly nailed the "jank" I remember from DayZ and ARMA. Feels like everything takes a quarter of a second to happen, moving or any change in direction, aiming, jumping, etc, and being unable to hop over waist-high barriers is aggravating. Can't wait for vaulting. Maybe I missed it but I'd like to be able to go from crouched to sprint with only one button press. I really gotta get used to the controls.

It always confused the hell out of me when I'm walking/running, stop, and then keep going for a step or two in the same direction before finally crouching or proning or whatever. I just chalked it up to lag but it's actually a function of the game?

You can't go from a full run to a dead stop without falling over so you take a few steps to slow down. That being said sprint into prone should be a wicked sick dolphin dive. If for no other reason then I can try to hard boil some fuckers with the Beretta. Also, allow Berettas to be wielded akimbo as god intended. I learned last night that if you cancel the revive animation, it takes a while for your gun to swing up to the point of aim. I learned this by unloading a 12 gauge into my teammate's head as I frantically tried to shoot the dude who just jumped off the balcony next to us.

A black leather trench coat should enable you to dual wield micro uzis and berettas. And give a faster reload speed for both weapons.

I prefer to take the more subtle approach to teamkilling where I just am constantly out of position, making bad call outs, and ignoring loot. I find it to be way more effective.

I just want to get a different angle, and have a different viewpoint over the same area especially in urban areas. I think it can be helpful if someone is posted a little ways away so everyone doesn't have the same perspective and thus makes it harder to see bad guys. I played a few games before work this morning and each one I died within 10 minutes or so. I decided to get one more in with just enough time to leave with how I fast I was dying. Of course time is coming up and I need to leave. Will I find someone when I need to to kill me? Of course not. Question on what's audible to enemies:Footsteps clearly are. What about reload, picking up weapons, switching?

Anyone have issues recently where sounds were incredibly loud? I was able to hear firefights from apartments while at school, but it was so loud it sounded like they were happening in the room over. Squadmates were experiencing the same thing.
