My only question is: Is the netcode any more stable than it was around launch? Note that I changed internet providers between then and now to one that's a lot less poo poo so it's possible the problems were on me. tbh it's worth a shot with a new ISP, it's likely going to still suck but it's worth a try.

There were some tests a while back that showed you get better netplay on worse connections and the player with the better connection gets all the rollback. Nothing scientific, some youtuber trying things with his friends.

Its a bad game sure but theoretically there could be a new fighting game with street fighter characters in it that's worth playing and if Juri is in it there may be pressure by capcom to use her boring modern design rather than her sf4/sfxt version.
