I just had a horrible thought, what if Trump is the reason McCain has a brain cancer? Just denying him all throughout the 2016 election, then deeply concerning everything every day for 6 months, physically denying the horror he knew deep down was there just to let more Republican ideals be carried out formed a block of self loathing that manifested in his wish for death becoming real in his flesh?
