In fact, formally kind of fits the joke better

The democrats will continue to ignore leftist influences that could win them votes, instead relying on dynasties and stale politics from yesteryear. An obvious joke.

Seriously what is the point of that Bernie comic? All it does is alienate those on the left when anger should be focused on Trump, Turtle, and Ryan

An article on this one. Mail-carriers' union guidelines on the Hatch Act. Meanwhile, Trump has been urging the military and now the Boy Scouts to push Congress to support the GOP health care repeal, which is pretty unusual, but hey. quote:6

The more I read about Trump's speech at the Boy Scout thing the more I think it's one of the worst things he's done yet as president. Edit: oh never mind, that's not a picture from that. The point stands though. I'm sure we'll see some great cartoons about that later. Samurai Sanders fucked around with this message at 07:28 on Jul 25, 2017 |

Tinsley is usually going for a joke. Once in a blue moon, he even succeeds in landing one, believe it or not. Prickly city, which has now become my most hated cartoon, doesn't have jokes. It has something similar to jokes. Joke simulacra, if you will, but with the inherit structure and meaning of the joke missing entirely. There's no punchlines, but the beats are there; you can almost feel them. It's like you could almost picture what a joke could be like, if it was written into the comic.

Fun fact: a psychic many years ago predicted that the 44th President would be black. She also predicted that he would be the last President. So far, she ain't wrong.

If you took "I was wrong" as "Never have an opinion again" then you hosed up. Just continue on bitching about dems yet going all See No Evil/Hear No Evil when it comes to republicans. Also your george bush almost looks like how Ted Rall would draw it. So there's that.

This is the dumbest poo poo. Every Sanders supporter I know likes Warren fine. If anything, it was the Warren people who sabotaged him by running a quixotic months long "draft Warren" campaign when she explicitly said she wasn't running. Also, who the gently caress is declaring front-runners this early? Isn't picking a candidate what primaries are for? Have democrats really learned nothing from last year's botched coronation? Also you gotta love that straw-manning. "They support him now, they'll obviously support him when he's a hundred years old. BTW, did you know that Sanders is old and his supporters are all white men?"
