It's a couple spots where they all congregate and to no surprise these spots are right near the local shelter/Greyhound station. Everett just has a fair number of homeless/ transients for a city its size.

Werribee doesn't seem to have the same level of bogan stigma in popular opinion that Frankston has for some reason. Not sure why, I guess people mainly think of it as "the place with the sewage treatment plant" and not "the place with drugs and bogans"
