I've watched up till just after the end of Chapter 3, and just jumping ahead now to say this is such a good LP, I've had such a stupid grin on my face and it's made me laugh so many times. So guys, thank you for that. Taking a break now however as I just bought the game due to this LP and want to play it through first. I'm not sure why because the game itself looks terrible. So guys, gently caress you for that.

When you were fighting those wyverns and the lighting and music changed, that meant you could do a summon. There was a prompt telling you to press L2 to summon.

Coincidentally, "gently caress, what are we even doing here?" could sum up a lot of this game's story. Once you get down to it, Ardyn's motivation doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Enjoy having Aranea in your party, because going back to Gladiolus is a giant downgrade.

Also, there are many LPs of this game, and if this LP is defined by a guy making GBS threads on Prompto's godawful photographic skills in exceptionally specific lengthy and experienced detail, I'll consider that a selling point for your effort.

Level scaling is bad, directing you through a high level area as part of a forced event but forgetting to turn off the script where enemies randomly drop out of the sky is just loving hilarious.

as I understand it, you're allowed to fast travel to any parking spot you've already been to. When you try to travel to a city or something it doesn't factor in whether you've been to a parking spot in that area and just picks the closest. it's stupid.

The project existed for 10 years, and I think when it finally started to take form as a game they were no longer willing to spend any more time second-guessing decisions or changing direction. So they just pushed out what they ended up with, and a lot of things didn't get fully polished or thought out.

You find that ice kills the Crème brûlée mobs and fire heals them. You have a choice of two spears. One has bonus ice damage, the other has fire damage. Naturally, you use the fire spear. "Why is it healing them?" Least I'm not the only one who plays games like that and never realises it until afterwards.
