Sumerlands and Eternal Champion also share a guitarist and drummer (Nujon & Arthur). The other guitarist in Eternal Champion (Blake) plays in Power Trip too.

Slowly working my way through these Sumerlands bands. Good poo poo. I live for bands taking the old school heavy metal approach and doing something that isn't JUST nostalgia. It's a great sound when I get tired of squashed high gain tones and clicky dumb drums. Magister Templi have got a real nice doom edge, and VV's got a really sweet sound reminiscent of Whetstone while not sounding too derivative or worshipful.
