I think as long as you have some sort of plan you are trying to stick to you will be doing okay. Worse case, it doesn't work well and you come up with a new plan for a different program or whatever.

I tried straight-bar deadlifts yesterday to work on my form so I wouldn't look like such a pussy at the gym and it felt really good. Really felt it in my hammies and glutes. Got up today, lower back is sore. Back to the trap!
