I got dragged to the ren faire and the first thing I saw was four dudes in a circle all wearing punisher shirts and vaping also a really lazy d.va cosplay all in all, *~MUH IMMERSION~* is ruined. I blame crapitalism

renfaires have become kinda generically costume friendly in the past 20 years or so, in my experience tho way long ago when they were still mostly "ye olden days + fairies" costumes i saw a guy dressed as one of the less gonzo costumey incarnations of the doctor and i found it clever
