Time, as they say, will tell.

It's not. Developers, agriculture, and other large industries want the labor that flows through the border, so we are not getting it. Those of us who follow those industries, or who work in them, know that.

The wall, at least as envisioned by Trump and others, is not going to happen, but if you start increasing the penalties for hiring illegals, both on companies and individuals, and if you work out a better verification system, you can reduce the illegals a lot more than any wall would.

Then all Trump would have to do is appoint 2/3rds of the justices needed for each court to be full, and you’ve just turned all three of the courts to the good side.

The Ninth hears too many cases. It needs to be split up.

As for people who might complain about it not being fair for jurisdictions to have to come to one of the three courts where they would remain, it would be the same place they always came. It shouldn’t make a difference.

I never really watched the original Star Trek when it was on. My kids have been fans for years. I did watch the movies with Shatner, Nimoy, etc., along with the most recent batch featuring the younger characters. I have never been a big fan of any programs/movies about outer space.
