Just wanted to get some information. I've been doing stronglifts for the better part of 5 months and I just switched to 3x5 at 250lbs. Was wondering at what weight other people switched from 5x5 to 3x5?

There is no "correct weight" because of how strength varies, people start at different weights and also progress at different rates. I think as long as you have some sort of plan you are trying to stick to you will be doing okay. Worse case, it doesn't work well and you come up with a new plan for a different program or whatever.

I tried straight-bar deadlifts yesterday to work on my form so I wouldn't look like such a pussy at the gym and it felt really good. Really felt it in my hammies and glutes. Got up today, lower back is sore. Back to the trap!
