Eyeballs or no, those skeletons look awful. It's like they took every generic Computer Animated Children's Film side character model and just opened up the eye sockets and colored them white. Why do they have lips? That's weird. They're made of bone. Either commit to the skeleton thing or do something different, jeez.

that old lady is freaking me out. Ergh. There's little details here and there that are bothering me (the whole old-colonial era looking mexican little town part is one) and I'm hoping not to end seeing a lot of cringy stereotypes. Don't disappoint me, Pixar.

It doesn't matter how different the plots are, what's important is that while it's offensive that Disney tried to trademark the Day of the Dead, we still have to respect that 20th Century Fox staked their claim on the holiday and no one else can use it.

I don't like how they used the arrow in the title. It lacks any sort of neat concept in how it graphically interacts with the typography.

Also, as a person who is vaguely familiar with the game, it took me about 10 seconds to figure out what the shape was. Isn't the most recognizable part of the arrow the... arrowhead? I thought it was a broom, a broken oar, and a feather before remembering that she uses a bow and arrow in this game. Can't imagine how people not aware of the game see it.
