it says to chant “join them” when the sanders delegates chant “blm”
it means join the chant alternatively, it means to tell the sanders delegates to also join black people in getting gunned down by cops and thrown in jail en masse e: how long has the awful app been breaking quotes

“You just have to sort of figure out how to … balance the public and the private efforts that are necessary to be successful, politically, and that’s not just a comment about today,” Clinton said. “Politics is like sausage being made. It is unsavory, and it always has been that way, but we usually end up where we need to be. But if everybody’s watching, you know, all of the back room discussions and the deals, you know, then people get a little nervous, to say the least. So, you need both a public and a private position.”

Crazy idea: maybe if your policies are ones that don't make the people "get a little nervous, to say the least", then you don't have to have different public and private positions. Maybe you could just, you know, have policies that benefit all instead of only wealthy donors.
