He's basically every overpowered spell and all the obnoxious jester combo skills and you have to beat him several times in under a certain number of turns to get the shards for the second bonus dungeon. Which SaGa game is this, FFL3? Because in FFL2 and other SaGa games, the Mutant's bottom skill is the one that changes, IIRC. It's definitely that way in FFL2 at the very least.
