I used to go to a gym which had a dance group practice in the upstairs studio. Apparently it can take ages to get the choreography of a new routine down and they learned it in brief sections.

So, we heard a single song slowly played over a period of weeks in repeated 20 second pieces.

I will never know how professionals manage it. I wasn't even in the same room and, after hearing the same snippets played a thousand times I wanted to rip off my own ears.

I worked on a dock in the department store and every now and then we would bring CDs with music and we'd rotate whose music we listen to.

Twisted Sister's "we're not going to take it" came on one time, and two of our coworkers started screaming to shut it off.

Turned out that during pledge week at their fraternity, they were forced to listen to that song, on repeat, 24 hours a day for 5 days straight.

Red bell peppers are freakin' delicious and practically candy, I see nothing wrong here. Sure it may be more typical to cut it up beforehand to get the seeds and core out, but that's not strictly necessary, so of it, eat that thing like an apple, get down with yo bad self.
