Death Proof is great, and it should always be considered as part of Grindhouse. Seeing Grindhouse in the theater with all the trailers (the Thanksgiving Day trailer was Eli Roth's peak) was one of my greatest theater experiences.

Still peak QT is Inglourious Basterds. It is by far his movie, while Pulp Fiction is his most important movie. Hateful Eight is his worse, and the only QT movie I didn't love.

That said Django Unchained suffers on repeat viewings. It still has some really high peaks of greatness, but you can see how it is leading up to how bad Hateful Eight is.

Also Kill Bill is the one QT movie I can't cut off when I see it is on. Just a fun movie (especially vol 1).

I've always thought that Jackie Brown is his best, it's his most cohesive artistic statement. Inglorious Basterds comes close though.

I didn't much care for Hateful Eight in theater, but I'm open to a second try.

Django's his weakest, imo, it's the only one of his movies where I clearly thought "this movie should have been over by now."

Which is ridiculous, since Rodriguez's segment blows the other three out of the water.

Four Rooms does kick rear end, regardless of this. I also consider Natural Born Killers a Tarantino film.

I got pretty emotional during Shosanna's death set to "Un Amico" in Inglourious Basterds. Croce's "I Got A Name" in Django the first time I saw it gave me a really big surge of emotion, too.

I really disliked Jackie Brown when it first came out, because I was a kid, Quentin Tarantino had become known to me because of Pulp Fiction and I wanted more Pulp Fiction, not more Quentin Tarantino. I warmed to it in my mid 20s, mainly because my relationship with films had changed a lot.

Didn't Forster get a Oscar nomination for Jackie Brown? I think I remember that he did, and if he didn't he deserved one.

Forster had one of the tougher jobs of anyone in the Twin Peaks revival and he 100% pulled it off, it was very impressive.

Kill Bill I is the only Tarantino I don't love

I can't rank the others because each one is great in some way or another, even Death Proof which isn't universally respected

If anyone didn't like Hateful 8, it's worth a rewatch, the Jackson-Goggins dynamic is sublime

Mindhunters is kind of a mixed bag but definitely worth a watch if you want four hours of Fincher and six hours of Fincher pastiche. The completely disconnected BTK stuff didn't work for me at all, though, it feels weirdly like a classed-up version of Marvel's storytelling through fanservice.

Holt McCallany is absolutely incredible in it and I hope he starts getting a ton of work

Manchester by the Sea, A Girl At My Door, Adult Beginners (but it's whatever), Happythankyoumoreplease (but it's bad). There's a short film called Curfew which is decent; it was extended as a feature called Before I Disappear too, though I haven't seen it to judge. You could even go for Martha Marcy May Marlene, although I think she's a young adult in that, but there's a similar dramatic root to it. At a push you could go for the Jonathan Glazer film Birth but it turns the idea completely on its head.
