That screencap is from handheld mode, and it's blown up so it looks worse than it is. It does frequently dip below 720p in handheld with the resolution scaling stuff though.

I will have to get used to a non-DS4 controller, but it's awesome playing this in bed and not on a Vita with bad Remote Play.
