I love you guys.  I'm also...poo poo, I'm super late! I, Dr. Gargunza, oath to paint the following for November: (2) Ghasts! Reaper Bones, 28mm, unbased, unprimed, I haven't even bothered with boiling them or taking the frickin' mold lines off yet.  Kinda phoning it in this month; holidays, y'know. I might add something a bit later if time permits, but right now I'm more interested in just staying at least somewhat active than in scoring points. (Unrelated: I'm really looking forward to seeing a full army shot of KingMob's Death Guard when they're finished; the scheme so far is really vibrant and striking. And...clean? Is that the wrong word to describe a Nurgle army?)

First, thanks to the judges for the points the last couple of months. I've been trying to stretch myself with the Death Guard and it seems to be working. I used to paint mostly in earth tones as they were fast and easy to shade , but this past year I've moved out of my comfort zone to paint brighter and more contrasting colours. Second, thanks for the kind words, Dr. Gargunza. I understand what you mean by clean: I like the colours to be distinct so that the contrast pops. Many DG schemes overdo it with the grime and rust, and I find it muddies them too much. The army will eventually be 100 power, so I've still got 20 Plague marines, 3 Deathshroud and 20 Poxwalkers to complete. It's gonna take a while...
