Are you confident you can get someone better than Beatty? Especially when that dude knows he won’t even be around for a full recruiting cycle because you fired Beatty after 3 years? If you’re trying to get someone to come to a long-term rebuilding job like Kansas, you really need to be able to show him that you’re willing to have patience
