Any team looking for a new OC should look at Matt Kubik at Louisiana Monroe. Took an offense that was 111th in the country last year and turned it into the 17th ranked offense in the country in his first year.

Brown would be second on my list for Arkansas after Norvell. I’d also much rather have him than Miles if I were Tennessee but they don’t seem to be looking at G5 coaches at all
