Pretty sure the KR version uses different sub models and such because it's mostly a webcafé kind of thing. Your sub time only elapses while you're active and it probably makes them less money etc. The demographic probably factors in too, might not be popular.

Did you know if you don't kill the atomoses (atomosii?) in LotA they just start spawning invincible iron giants that do infinity damage per hit in each lane? I know now! Thanks Alliance A!

It's mostly interesting to me that they're coming out and saying knock it off while admitting no rules are being broken while addressing something outside of the game as the offending issue. I would have thought they'd have actively amended the ToS and had you have to re-agree to it before saying "knock off the poo poo porn on twitter". So I finished the Azim Steppe and Doma yesterday, and Holy poo poo the Nadaam was awesome. Holy poo poo Doma Castle was loving awesome! Can't wait to run it dozens of times in DF till my brain melts if people aren't joking about grinding. Now I'm back in the Fringes, about to help snakes. Apparently 4.0 has 120+ MSQ, which feels way longer than what 3.0 had.

The daily Kojin quests and lvl and allyroo are all you need to get from 61-70 at a decent enough clip without burning yourself out on dungeon spam. Spamming dungeons should be saved for "I want this job capped ASAP" scenarios.

The thing is that the ToS also asks that anything you share from in game should have that copyright notice on it, so that's a bit of a damned if you do, damned if you don't thing. Not that they're going to slap you for not having the copyright thing on.

Strictly speaking it's not the "don't kill the atomos" that triggers it, it's the "atomos has its shield up for too long consecutively". Low DPS on a vulnerable atomos won't wipe you, but an invulnerable atomos eventually will - and unfortunately that part's under the control of a different party. It would be nice if more people grasped that the cue to step off the pad is when the pad stops glowing, not when their own personal atomos dies, but we all have our futile pipe dreams.

It drives me insane that all you need for that to go smoothly is for 4 people to just afk on a pad and yet here come the Iron Giants to wipe everyone. 24 mans are afk heaven. Just do it in the right place! I've got 3 jobs at 70 and I'm pretty sure I've only done Doma Castle 3 times. Grinding dungeons is really only something I think you have to do for classes that are below 50 and only have access to LDR. And you are in a crazy rush to get that class leveled. And PotD and Squadron runs don't do it for you.

I just finished getting everything to 70 last night and I think doing at-level dungeons from 61-69 is the only way that wouldn't have driven me mad. It's a great chunk of xp, it keeps you up to date on your new abilities, and the loot is very nice for seals.

(Almost) no one fights Odin synced these days. Just make a group in party finder, announce a bonus and run it unsynced. It will take maybe 5 minutes (fight itself under a minute).

I have to do it for a mission and a lot of my friends are going to be busy for a while due to working for the holidays. I haven't figured out how to do what you guys said in the party finder either, my friend ended up handling that when we tackled Gaius's stuff last night. So that'll take some doing.
