The transaction fee hurdle is actually a big problem for coinbase and i'm guessing a bunch of other exchanges. Basically these groups have tons of wallets with fractions of bitcoins in them. Because the high fees and the mechanics of the bitcoin system, they literally cannot consolidate or otherwise move any of those around what adds up to be a lot of butts. Basically any cryptocurrency is only useful for fraud and other criminal activities. More than a cursory glance into it reveals it, and anyone investing is going to further those criminal actions and are actively investing in a ponzi.
