The other one appears to be running the game, and displaying on a digital display. This one is providing the visual display as an oscilloscope readout, but the description seems to indicate the game is actually running on a separate laptop. What I'm saying is someone needs to hook the two together so you have one oscilloscope running the game and a second oscilloscope playing the output as above.

Also considering how transparent some companies make the rest of the car's systems transparent to the infotainment (Jeep, Nissan, lookin at you) you could use the throttle and steering wheel as controllers, seeing as most new cars have both of those electric.

People are making entire new areas for a game where you can never add a new inventory item ever. It's sheer, unrelenting madness. But at least it's not toxic and garbage madness. i actually was going to hit up bloodlines again a few months ago and realized to my disappointment that the nexus mostly seemed to be skin replacers and other stupid cosmetic stuff. where is this work going on?

Planet-Vampire Namely the Unofficial Patch by Wesp adds in the LA Public Library as a new map with quests and voice acting. A crazy thing about Bloodlines modding too is that new meshes cant be added, only existing ones can be duplicated and manipulated into something different, to an extent. Super dedicated people. They even hacked together their own SDK for the game to create the new level.

Orv posted:It's weird how close this sounds to the actual thing because of old PC audio tech. All of the devices use contain "voice coil" actuators for movements of the parts. Voice coils, as the name probably implies to you, are also widely used for moving the speaker cone on speakers that use the cone-type style. Because of the very high similarity, if you dump an audio signal into a "voice coil" style actuator as commonly used for hard drives, floppy drives, scanners, and plotters/printers, it will actually play a sound and usually the motions activated will follow that sound. But even when it doesn't properly activate motions, the other parts of the drive will usually resonate and amplify the sound, with different sized elements in the devices tending to be best for certain frequencies. So what he's doing with these is he's actually playing the real music through them. And he's carefully choosing to cut certain devices in and out and selectively mix the track a bit differently to achieve effects with visible moving parts. Plus they use a bunch of drives at once for increased volume, they're not all that loud on their own. There's a bunch of guides out there for how you can build such things yourself with spare old drives and some soldering/test equipment to hand, like this one: http://afrotechmods.com/tutorials/2015/06/25/hard-drive-speakers/

OMFG, the UplinkOS mod for the old game Uplink is amazing. Yeah, it includes a new executable, but the interface enhancements (like right-clicking to activate some programs, like file deleters and a built-in notepad) makes it a whole new experience. If you still Uplink, then you need it NOW. Scott Manley approved! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RpvTUxBQXc4 (I owned it when it was originally on CD.) (No drama I can see, and the only porn involved is faux-hacker-OS porn.)

One of the better results coming from Paradox opening up their engine to the community. Also Kaiserreich, but that already got a good LetīsPlay. Also thatīs the fallout mod for Darkest Hour, isnīt it`?
