World War Mammories posted:if the omega storyline gets drama injected into it by killing off nero tol scaeva at some point I am going to lose my poo poo Unless they change things up that won't happen because Nero is a part of the Crystal Tower storyline, including IIRC a quest NPC, and thus can't die. If a character mysteriously doesn't appear outside of anything but MSQ or a specific plotline then you worry about them.

He doesn't need to stand around to initiate any quests, so I'm not sure he's safe. It could be like other instances where seeing npcs doesn't make sense (50 cul), so you're actually just remembering something that happened earlier.

question for high end crafters: what rotations do you use for the lv 70 2star stuff? the beginning of the old raths rotation (makers mark, piece by piece, a million flawless synths) gets the progress where i need it but the quality part of cashing in a buffed 11 inner quiet byregots doesn't get the quality even close. Any new rotations for this? edit i guess its this https://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comments/6oeaqj/evians_2star_macro_94_hq_from_all_nq_materials/ Kuvo fucked around with this message at 05:58 on Jan 12, 2018 |

Spending all of Heavensward being treated like a lil dork that nobody likes really warmed me up to Alphy. I was glad whenever he popped back in during Stormblood, even if Alisaie is also great to hang with.

Someone else in this thread said it, but it's a genuine shame he isn't included more in Stormblood's MSQ, because I think it really could've used a voice of sincere skepticism prodding at everyone's plans.

That looks awful. I'm sitting at 70 in all the crafting/gathering classes and can easily afford the melds, but between those rotations and the busywork required to do the specialist shuffle I have absolutely no motivation to actually do any 2 star gearing/crafting.

Yeah you’re almost done with 2.0. There’s basically just as much content between 2.1-2.55 as there was in 2.0. And yes, we need more gunshields.

Or buy a skip pot. Just finished the warrior quest line up. It took a weird turn I didn't see coming but was pretty cute/funny. Especially the end battle.

2.0 can drag in the middle but I'd never recommend to anyone to get a skip pot. The game does a really good job of easing you into all the mechanics as you level up for the game itself and your jobs, despite me thinking some classes get certain abilities later than they should.
