No, it went out of bounds off blue guy's face. Red team will retain possession of the ball and be allowed to throw it into play from roughly where the ball left the field. The referee is indicating that with the flag.

The ball went out of bounds and in that case it goes to the team that didn't touch it last, the flag is to indicate which team gets the ball by way of which way is upfield for them.
