I'm not talking about places that don't have ramps to get in the building, I'm talking about every minute detail he can find, be it the bathroom dimensions, door widths, etc. I get that being disabled really sucks and places can show more consideration here and there, but just methodically going to all these different places and then suing them seems kind of lovely too.

Yeah it's a fair point. Usually around here if you have dedicated parking Off Street at least one has to be reserved for disabled. There's a highway I used to travel on to get to work where the only strip that want a clearway during commute hours was for a bunch of shops so people could block traffic to get coffee and pies for breakfast. The local council actively blocked any attempt to make it clearway because of jobs and poor business owners, ignoring the fact they had a massive car park around the corner that was free to use.
