The NSBM scene has been used to recruit for the alt-right and it's not something I'm happy even giving more views to, as inconsequential as that is it's my choice not to. this why i only listen to bands whose merch consists of basketball shorts and siqq pocketknives

I want to make a black metal democratic socialist band called No Debt. First LP will be called death to the billionaires. Think goatmoon but with Bernie Sanders sound bits. The album of course will be free.

Been listening to walknut posted a few pages back and i dont know what the guy is screaming but it suddenly made me wonder if hitler would have liked this song... I very much doubt it simply because of the era that he was in. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure that he would love jerk offs were making NSBM, RAC, punk, and other forms that glorified his views and visions for the world, but i doubt he'd enjoy the actual music.

Been listening to walknut posted a few pages back and i dont know what the guy is screaming but it suddenly made me wonder if hitler would have liked this song... Guitar music tended to read as rubbish to old 20th century far rightist types. Much like jazz, it was vulgar and black people did it and those things were both real bad. However there was an official Nazi jazz band, Charlie and His Orchestra, which is a real trip (https://youtu.be/PcbxQcrKdl0). So maybe Goebbels would have found the most presentable, aryan looking NSBM act he could and had them record songs about...whatever they were already recording them about.

Thought this was pretty interesting. Article about how big sponsors with PR people often help extreme metal bands with operating costs by doing stuff like residencies or singles and nobody has a problem with it (which is a good thing, imo) https://www.decibelmagazine.com/2014/04/02/killing-is-my-business-pig-destroyer-s-scott-hull-talks-corporate-branding/ So I know Pig Destroyer, Agoraphobic Nosebleed, Napalm Death, Nails, and Full of Hell tend to at least SOMETIMES lean towards being more hardcore than death metal, are there some other groups I should be checking out?
