I very much doubt it simply because of the era that he was in. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure that he would love jerk offs were making NSBM, RAC, punk, and other forms that glorified his views and visions for the world, but i doubt he'd enjoy the actual music.

Guitar music tended to read as rubbish to old 20th century far rightist types. Much like jazz, it was vulgar and black people did it and those things were both real bad. However there was an official Nazi jazz band, Charlie and His Orchestra, which is a real trip (https://youtu.be/PcbxQcrKdl0). So maybe Goebbels would have found the most presentable, aryan looking NSBM act he could and had them record songs about...whatever they were already recording them about.
