Besides it's not just age gap we're talking about a mentee-mentor relationship --> romantic relationship. That's going to vary a lot regionally and even personally. In the US there's still a huge stigma against breastfeeding publicly, as well as a lessening but still present stigma against breastfeeding at all. If you don't live in a progressive area and frequent places young families like to go to you're hardly ever going to see it.
