It's really funny when some people insist that without different starting types of FTL they wouldn't have bought the cool and good 4X space game from paradox. Like sure, I'll go ahead and believe that as much as I believe the "boycott CoD until dedicated servers!" steam group.

Now draw a curve through all points of the hexagon. What do you see?

That's irrelevant to the claim that the issue with the blockade in the episode was that the ships were arranged in a circle, though.

Of course turns out that claim wasn't true, so

I gravitated towards the Greens, eventually even joining the party itself.

The Linke is a party I grudgingly accept exists, but I've learned enough about DDR-history I can't bring myself to trust a party that was once the SED, a party leading the corrupt state apparatus ...

So remember when I had a meltdown about missing the sale? Paradox have the exact same sale on Paradox Plaza right now. So remember that Paradox are the best developers there are, and don't be like me and act like a giant idiot and big crybaby. I applaud all of you who loled about my post. So head over there if you are still missing some Stellaris DLC.

I think they look nice. And it's 50% off, you can't go wrong with it.

I agree about the humanoid pack. I wouldn't even consider it if not for the additional ship models, which do look nice.

I've never played as a humanoid and I likely never will, but I got the DLC and added some space dwarves and space orcs to my list of pre-generated empires. Plus, ship models are neat.

The best thing it did, however, is that on steam you can click on anyone's name and look up their profile which gives you all sorts of information about what they play and how long :v:

So yes, it's a direct screenshot from their page, they played it 80 hours this week, 760 hours total, and were robbed. Click the period at the end of the first sentence if you want.

You know I can't blame the guy for being disappointed. Maybe Stellaris really was perfect for him just the way it was. Clearly he liked it.

Why has nobody made a Freespace ship pack yet?

Freespace's ship classes being loving weird might have something to do with it, honestly. Cruisers are the smallest and destroyers the largest, with corvettes and frigates in between :thunk:

Our glorious political masters have, in their wisdom, decided to form an alliance with a rag-tag bunch of freedom fighters right when the Federation has us at a tactical disadvantage. Unsurprisingly, this has resulted in the Feds firing on our vessels...

Properties of game in library -> Betas tab, check options there for rolling back version or sticking to a certain build.

You can set the game to only update when you attempt to launch it, and maybe pre-emptively roll back to 1.9 before you launch it the first time post-2.0. Right-click Stellaris -> Properties in your Steam library to do both of these things.
