Grandma, Grandpa, and Uncle Joe! Larry, Curly, and brother Moe!

Yes, it's perfectly suited to a modest budgeted series, but a movie would probably be better.

I feel like reliably having a character appear seven feet tall is just a real pain in the rear end in weekly television.

The sort of superpowered legal comedy stories that make She-Hulk more than just a Rule 63 version of Hulk are, unfortunately, not particularly well suited to the conventions of blockbuster cinema.

There haven't been any reports to this effect yet, but I've been wondering if Marvel Studios might start producing mid-budget ($30-80 million) films for the Disney streaming service. That would be a good fit for certain properties like Black Widow and She-Hulk that might not work within a TV budget, but don't lend themselves to massive blockbuster setpiece spectacle either.

That would be interesting. There are definitely a lot of properties in that weird zone where their budgets would make them difficult than TV, but don't necessarily have the name or whatever to fetch a $150 blockbuster budget.

I'd be surprised if there isn't a bunch of She Hulk stuff given that 'statuesque women' is already a very popular sub genre.

And two Swamp Thing movies!

It's not really all that surprising, "Man in rubber monster costume stumbles around swamp" is a pretty cheap production choice compared to most other comicbook IPs.

A lot of red meat. That throne thing he's been sitting on for the last decade is actually his space toilet.

Hey all, the premier is tonight, so spoilers are going to be all over the internet most likely. I'm gonna put a Star Wars-esque rule in here for the first week the movie is out.

:siren: No posting untagged spoilers in this thread until a week after the movie is released (April 27, 2018). I will be giving out longer than usual probations for anyone who posts untagged spoilers :siren:

Thanks everyone.

Completely unambiguous deaths: Loki, Vision, Gamora.

At the end, when Thanos gets all six stones, he snaps his finger and half the life starts turning to ash: Peter Parker, Bucky, Black Panther, Drax, Mantis, Doctor Strange, Star-Lord.

The credits stinger: Nick Fury and Maria Hill also turn to ash. Fury's communicator drops and Captain Marvel's logo is seen.

eh not really, the only big character death is Loki. The rest are characters that either never really affected much or became immediately useless as soon as they started thirsting after Chris Pratt.

It's on some random planet, only Gamora and Nebula know where it is. Thanos tortures Nebula--dismembering her in the process--to get the location, then kills Gamora for the stone.

I think I’ve managed to avoid spoilers, aside from one aspect I wish I hadn’t heard about that hasn’t even remotely been hinted at in the marketing, and I still at least know nothing about the context. Only two more days, at least.

Question based on the spoilers:

Didn’t the Russos and MCU execs come out last year and say Avengers 4 wouldn’t be a direct sequel? And that they couldn’t reveal the title since it would be a spoiler? So what would the title spoil? And how is 4 not a direct sequel if it pretty clearly exists to clean up the deadly mess from this movie?
