The parrot thing sounds like a fun gimmick for the first 2 late round picks or so then incredibly annoying after it delays the Bucs 7th round pick by like 35 minutes after the cannon accidentally goes off and scares the parrot away.

I might be being really dense here. But something occurred to me with this Kaepernick thing. If some owners are "blackballing" him (I doubt every owner is doing this as their are some teams that legit so not need him on the roster) then in order to shut down his case why doesn't one of those teams bite the bullet then cut him for "underperforming" or whatever? I get they are concerned about the "negative image" but hypothetically if he does win this case (which is a small chance). The costs incurred from that would be far greater than just paying him off for a year
