Somehow I doubt this survives a lawsuit since you can't even force schoolchildren to do the pledge and poo poo but then again this is the Trump Era and that probably means this will make it to the Supreme Court and in a few years every company or school that wants to can institute a forced daily Trump/Flag Respect session and fire you if you don't participate.
