I pulled 440lbs double overhand (not hook) grip the other week to see how good my grip is. Came up easy.. I reckon i could do 462 or 473 before my grip fails. Considering ive used straps for pretty much all my rep work over 352 thats pretty good. Farmers walks are really that amazing from grip strength work. I know i keep banging on about them but if want grip thats how to get it.

I can see the appeal in that video. I have a couple 400 lbs coworkers and people eat and bring in garbage food all the time and I sit at a desk. Sometimes you just see Cheetos and need to do some fitness. I just scoot my chair back and do a set of dips though when I’m feeling antsy
