Remember that old joke about how Metallica's next album would be a single 80 minute track called "gently caress Napster" That would make no sense to anyone today, it's like 4 things nobody cares about anymore in one joke (Physical CD lengths, limited download speeds, Napster and Metallica)

I might have to listen to DMDS again sometime soon... it's been a few years. My usual go-to records for early 90s black metal have always been In The Nightside Eclipse, Memoria Vetusta and Frost.
