I'll be delighted if he's good enough to be unquestionably a starting NFL QB and that's the bar I've personally set. I don't think he's been tested by tape-prepped defenses yet and when that happens his performance compared to the end of last season will decline significantly. I don't think the niners are going to end the season above 3rd place in their division, but I'm not sure if it'll be the cards or the hawks beating them to 2nd place. He's definitely the handsomest QB in the league, though, and really in the end... isn't that more important anyway?
