I haven't followed New Jersey politics at all since Murphy beat Christie's replacement, but apparently the Democrat-controlled legislature nearly cause a government shutdown by refusing to accept an increase in the marginal rate for incomes over $1 million. They won their battle to have it apply to incomes over $5 million instead. Good job fighting for the working class heroes earning $1M-$5M/year, I guess?

Lol no, she doesn't care about 'republican framing', she herself dislikes socialism and cares more about Democrat party donors more than the suckers that keep voting for her.

This whole idea that Democrats are just constantly being outwitted! need to stop. They actively hate the left and any social progress beyond that which is incremental and can quickly be rolled back to stir up voters and donors during elections.

Do you have any idea how pumped Democrats are now that they can run on 'vote for us or abortion is illegal?' That's so much money in their pockets.

The Trump thread is really getting into the political theater surrounding the Kavanagh nomination, coming up with hilarisad fantasy football scenarios for how the Dems will stop the confirmation and totally own the GOP.

Yeah okay, Democrats really hate Republicans and are totally gonna clown on them this time.
