Yeah, it seems like a guy mounted a gopro on a tire, which is a pretty common toy for bigger dogs, and the dog took it. It's so perfectly positioned that I'm pretty sure it's on purpose, but it's still a very cute video. I now wish there were more videos from that angle, because the way dogs' ears work fascinates me, and that's apparently a really good angle to watch them in action.
