Egg protein is expensive and supposedly gives you ridiculous gas.

poo poo son, I'm still working for 4 plates. In the good news front, though, I manned up on my bench and squat and those are (projecting to be) above 200 and 300 for the first time (based on my progression in 5/3/1) so if I can get 400 on the DL, I'll meet my fitness challenge.

I've been mostly benching at work lately, doing a few sets of 5x176 lbs on breaks whenever it feels like I have the time/energy. Last week decided, what the hell, let's throw in doing, like 5x10 reps of 136 lbs (max weight my lovely bench will support, although now that I think about it maybe I should try and see if that's actually true) at home too every day. Is there a point to this story? At a guess it's me trying to talk myself into going to a real gym where these constraints are not there anymore. My gym's got a Torque Tank, which I really enjoy using when I get to do it- that is, when people aren't walking squarely into my path to lay down and stretch or do whatever the hell they're doing in the middle of the turf I've obviously been pushing a loaded sled on for the last ten loving minutes

Hit 170x10 on my 6+ bench set today boys. One rep max calculator says thats 227, and I'd say it's probably accurate even if the calculation is off a bit because I had done some work sets before the amrap,which probably artificially lowered my strength just a bit for the amrap. Average to Savage program excellent
