So lets rewind to..... actually two days after the Levorg was dropped on this thread. I did say at the time we had another Subaru    Of course picking up the shell was why we were visiting Mechanical Stig and hey, why not give a few MCM cars a look over while we were there?  Back on my projects for now....  It's holding battery charge now. And it's done 554kms this year. Yeaaaaaaaah. I think I might change that going forward.......  WReckX wiring work done  Now I wonder why this is being done..... I’ve been unemployed this week (Or as I call it.. I’m a professional Rally Driver....) so I’ve assembled the “new” 6 speed for the BRZ-X and also fabricated a new Turbo header set to get more subframe clearance. And I’ve got a nice pretty rollcage to install......

Serious question out of curiosity - why not allowed? Something to do with rules compliance or some agreement with Subaru / other sponsor, or just not wanting to let the cat out of the bag before it runs? I haven't played in anything where the racing is semi-official so just wondering what's up.

 Juuuust when I get the electricals reliable and the battery holding charge..... there's a nasty noise from the gearbox that's speed related only. gently caress Well at least I have spares. And it's kinda expected, the 3.9 gearboxes are knwon as the weakest. Maybe I'll use this as an excuse to clear up a few other things  Getting better at panel removing...... and really is only when you do something like this you realise how complex all the panels actually are.  And what is come off so far. Hmmm.... might work....  Cant forget a cat or two.....

BRX getting a re-wire tonight. Annnyway....  Needed to cut a lot of branches up and the pile in the trailer wasnt going to work. So got myself this thing - Ryobi ONE+ 18V. TBH it's nominally low end but....  Turned a load of branches into mannageable sizes and striipped off small branches quite nicely  That was a decent workout. 1.5 4A batteries used in 2 hours.

Yeah but you don't get the satisfying pull...every guy wants that with a side of noise  I've still got an ebay brand petrol 'baumr' which I bought for $80 that rips through everything and always starts on the second go, (like me). E: holy poo poo, ryobi are charging real price petrol chainsaw money for their battery version.
