Is that "but" half really necessary? Do they really think anyone is going to see "world's oldest cheese" and think "yeah i'm gonna eat that"?

The Bloop posted:All the major chains have square cut as an option when you order online, so it's definitely something people do Oh sure, I'm aware that it's an option, I just don't know how I ended up with that option. So far my theory is that it's a curse levied upon me for reading this thread while deciding what to have for dinner. (Serious answer though, it turns out my husband ordered thin crust for both pizzas, and square cut seems to be the default option for that crust style, for some reason. Kind of wish they had made that a little more obvious, but oh well. ) Wanna eat dat cheese

Oohhh. Is that why the little bits of corn in bird seed or hamster feed taste so bland? Not that I go around eating pet food but, uh, as a kid I used to taste pretty much everything. (FYI cat kibble is tangy, dog kibble is bland.)

6 major varieties of corn in the usa, and waxy corn in asia added to those dent, flint, pod, pop, flour, sweet most corn in us is dent, and most of that goes to animal feed, hfcs, cornmeal. inedible w/o processing. pretty much among the best yield crops in the world flint is multicolored but same as dent pretty much, except yield sucks so noone grows it. pod corn is not cultivated, it's wild corn pop corn is only used to be pop corn, p. much. it's a specific cultivar of flint corn flour corn is used to make corn flour, not to be confused with cornmeal sweet corn is directly eaten waxy corn is also directly eaten, but is very different to sweet corn and most us peeps don't like it, sure. it tastes more similar to glutinous rice than sweetcorn does which is why old peeps in korea, japan and china sometimes eat it. in america it's used basically exclusively in adhesives and processed food starches there is also blue corn in the southwest us and baby sweetcorn, which is just sweetcorn taken while like a week old. there are also like 30 sweetcorn varieties nearly only old peeps in china and korea eat waxy corn on the reg. if you went to a hypermart you would've gotten mostly sweet corn with maybe like a basket of waxy corn hidden away somewhere bob dobbs is dead has a new favorite as of 06:09 on Aug 19, 2018 |
