There's been the occasional centrist dogshit story on CNN and the like where they talk about how many families and so on have been ripped up by the Trump era, because of usually people outing themselves as sociopathic monsters. And the tone is always "When can we get back to normal? What happened to family?". And I'm just stoked about this development all around.

Can not remember where I read it, but somebody made the argument that a groups which are subjected are more likely to believe in conspiracy theories, and the example used was that the left really believed in the JFK magic bullet stuff and the Rosewell Aliens. Can't really say what the right though of the JFK conspiracy back when the left was really into it, nor do I feel understand how the left believes in the conspiracy because by the time I was a kid, X-files, Cartoons, TV shows like Rosewell, were already mocking and devaluing those conspiracies.
